The extension cord can amplifiy the signal, up to 32.8ft/10m, ensuring that the whole lights set maintains a stable signal.(Failure to insert the correctly labeled wire into the wire connector as instructed may result in a short circuit, which could damage the extension cord with signal amplifier) Note that the total lights set is up to 200ft, only with 144W adapter
